I’ve written the story of the sad/funny events of my wife’s life, from her point of view. It has travels to see natural beauty in Alaska, across the USA and Canada, life in the military and in Germany. Even more, it’s about growing up, as an oldest child, with severe illness and unfair responsibilities under parent drunkenness, warfare, and desertion.

It displays the tragic results of stresses of a tough childhood on her and her brothers and triumphs of the human spirit. It is intended to encourage people with physical disabilities and/or nasty problems to provide the enjoyment of stories of overcoming.

I have not yet had the opportunity to read the book, but I know from the experiences of some of my family members how difficult “unseen” illnesses can be. I’m sure your book will help many people to realize that just because an illness is “invisible”, it is no less real and debilitating than the illness or disability that is visible. Best wishes for you as you promote and sell your inspiring book.
